Professor Ameyaw-Akumfi visits sick Gospel artiste, Yaw Sarpong
Yaw Sarpong, a seasoned gospel singer best known for his work with the Asomafo Music Group, was recently visited by Professor Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, the Board Chairman of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
Using the occasion, the former education minister under the previous John Agyekum Kufuor government wished the artist well and a swift recovery.

After several years, it is unclear what illness Yaw Sarpong is suffering from.
The number of well-known Ghanaians who have paid the musician in the hospital a visit is increased by Professor Ameyaw-Akumfi.
