Ghanaian rapper, Amerado rushed to hospital after stage collapse

Amerado, a musician from Ghana whose real name is Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, is said to have been in an accident while on stage.

The rapper was scheduled to perform at Baidoo Bonsoe Senior High Technical School after returning from a trip to the United States.

The unfortunate catastrophe was triggered by the stage on which Amerado was performing collapsing, as seen in a widely shared video on social media that MyNewsGh.com saw.

As the stage fell, the majority of the students could be seen exiting the arena in the aforementioned footage.

Next, a medical ambulance was called for the Ghanaian rapper.

According to a witness at the scene, Amerado was taken to the Effia Nkwanta Government Hospital for treatment after suffering serious injuries in the collision.

The gifted musician and rapper received several nominations for the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) and has dropped his new single, “TinTonTin.”
