Sad Video As Mother of Junior Pope And Grandmother Visits His Children

Nigerians and the Nollywood film community are in grief over the deaths of Nollywood star Junior Pope and four others.

The circumstances surrounding their death make it much more sad and difficult to cope with because it might have been avoided.

It’s unfortunate because Junior Pope’s mother and grandmother are still living, and he’s his mother’s only kid.

A video circulating on social media shows both his mother and grandmother spending quality time with his children.

It’s devastating to learn that the 39-year-old Nollywood star’s elderly mother and grandmother are alive to see his horrific death and will attend his funeral.

Junior Pope and four other Nollywood actors perished in the Niger River on Wednesday while they were leaving a movie location in Asaba, Delta State.

Prior to his death, he filmed a video in which he expressed fear for his life aboard a boat without a life jacket.

He mentioned that he was the lone kid and had three sons to raise.

Unfortunately, his concerns became a reality for him.

He is survived by his wife and three sons.
