‘I will come back and buy the country even if Ghanaians reject me’ – Nana Kwame Bediako Cheddar vows
Nana Kwame Bediako, a Ghanaian entrepreneur and potential presidential candidate also known as Cheddar or Freedom Jacob Caesar, has generated controversy with his bold claim that, despite prevailing attitudes, he will someday collect enough cash to purchase the nation.
In an interview with TV3, Cheddar said, “If I create a million millionaires and take 10% from each person, I will undoubtedly be wealthier than the country, so be careful.” Ghanaians may not want me today, but when I return, I intend to purchase the country.
This declaration coincides with his official announcement to run for president under the banner of the New Force political movement.

The discovery and his appearance as the enigmatic ‘Man in the Mask’ have sparked both curiosity and cynicism among Ghanaians.
Despite his lack of political experience, Cheddar credits his decision to run for president to a powerful inner voice, reflecting the guiding force that has affected many parts of his life.
During several of his media appearances, Nana Kwame Bediako restated ambitions to launch an industrial revolution if elected president of Ghana in the 2024 general election.
He claims that this daring transformation is critical for employment development, particularly among young.
