Following an analysis of one of his lines by students at Edge Hill University in England, Lyrical Joe has topped trends on Twitter due to his catchy lyrics and solid mastery of the English language in his raps.

When he posted the picture on Instagram with a portion of his songs displayed on the board for kids to study, the musician experienced a moment of great pride.

He snapped a screenshot of the lecturer who had tagged him in the post and was in charge of the course the students were taking as he scrolled through the artist’s post.

“They love it when I use words beautifully knitted together, so I got them this one from Ghana’s finest pen, @_Lyricaljoe.

“Make sure your favourite improves his pen game so that I can get some beautiful lyrics for my board. Can’t use LJ all the time,” the British lecturer shared with netizens.

Lyrical Joe now joins the long list of musicians whose songs tertiary students have studied, including Kofi Kinaata, Okyeame Kwame, and others.
