Shatta wale embarks on street campaign for SHAXI supported by other stars

Ghanaian dancehall musician Mr. Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, better known as Shatta Wale, launched his ride-hailing company, Shaxi, last month. To raise awareness and increase customer support, he joined Medikal and Fella Makafui on a float.

After “Shaxi” had been out for a year, Shatta Wale, Medikal, and Fella Makafui went out on a float to promote it.

According to Shatta Wale, even though people have supported and liked his new business, marketing has been incredibly slow because he hasn’t produced the success or profits he had hoped for before starting the operation.

He therefore invaded Accra’s streets in the early hours of today, December 8, in an effort to persuade both users and drivers to choose Shaxi as their preferred ride-hailing service over rivals like Uber, Yango, and Bolt.
