The father of the young guy who murdered his police constable girlfriend, has been apprehended.

The father of the young man accused of stabbing to death a female police constable, Sandra Aseidu, has been arrested in a new twist to the narrative.
The arrest was confirmed by Joseph Nyaba, the Obuasi Divisional Police Commander, to Adom News journalist Isaac K. Normanyo.

According to Adom News, Mr Asante’s detention was required since the police believe he helped his son avoid capture.

He said weedicide, a rope, a knife, and a blade suspected to have been used in the police constable’s death were found in the suspect’s chamber.

Her supposed lover stabbed her to death while she was working at the Savannah Regional Police Headquarters.

The alleged boyfriend is a civilian with whom she has had an intimate relationship since taking office at Damongo.

Meanwhile, according to an official report on the incident, police are on the lookout for the suspect, who has already fled the after committing the crime.
