Kumawood actor Wayoosi reminds Nana Addo of his complains before becoming president

Ghanaian Kumawood actor Joseph Osei, better known by his stage as Wayoosi, has voiced grievances on the unfavorable conditions in his own country.

In an interview, he told ZionFelix that living expenses had increased.

Wayoosi held politicians accountable for the current state of suffering in Ghana.

He said that their actions after being entrusted with the authority to lead the country varied from their statements made during political campaigns.

Wayoosi claims that under the leadership of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, things have gotten worse after he voiced concerns about the price of Kenkey under the administration of former President Dramani John Mahama.

Things have become difficult according to the actor meanwhile the current government under Nana Ado protested, a ball of Kenkey was worth GH₵1.

Wayoosi asserts that in order to be pleased after purchasing kenkey and fufu in Kumasi, one must have between GH₵100 and GH₵300.

The actor expressed alarm on the current gasoline prices in Ghana, despite Nana Addo’s prior commitment to lower them when he voiced his concerns during John Mahama’s presidency.
