Kennedy Agyapong Summoned Over Assassination Caims Against Ato Forson

Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong has received a summon by an Accra High Court Judge to appear before it to expantiate on his claim that Ato Forson might be connected to an assassination attempt.

This summon is because a legal action has been taken by Ajumako-Enyan-Esiam MP, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson.

An allegation was pronounced that a Ranking Member of Parliament’s Finance Committee has contracted the suspects who were apprehended to execute the botched assassination attempt on Cynthia Morrison , who is the Gender Minister of Ghana.

According to Kennedy Agyapong, on NET 2 TV, the suspects of the supposed alleged act confessed to the police that they were sent by Cassiel Ato Forson. He claimed Ato Forson gave the boys to the parliamentary candidate, Paul Ofori Amoah.

He said : “The parliamentary candidate is very calm but Ato Forson did that. He should come out and challenge me,”.

Kennedy Agyapong is expected to come before the High Court in eight days according to the writ signed on October 27. Judgement may be given with or without his presencee. The charges laid against him are contempt charges.
