Kyekyeku, a well-known Ghanaian humorous actor, met with the Second Lady, Samira Bawumia, to discuss his impending movie debut on April 27, 2024, at the National Theatre.
During the visit, Samira praised the actor for starting on a film project that would help revive the creative arts business and boost its fortunes.
She remarked that she is excited when people take the initiative to produce something that will benefit society and delight the general public in order to make an effect.In a video sighted by ZackGh.com, Samira was full of praise for Kyekyeku for his exploits in the movie industry.

“Let me congratulate you [Kyekyeku] for your wonderful job. I must compliment you on this. Coming this far implies you’ve created something out of nothing. Kyekyeku, who was overjoyed, expressed his gratitude to Samira for accepting his visit request and making time to engage them.

Kyekyeku’s film ‘1957’ recently debuted in Kumasi to a large audience, including various celebrities.
It remains to be seen how the Accra premiere edition will turn out.
