The pungent smell of a groom’s breath was too much for his bride to bear, and it was clearly sickening.

A reason why guests averted their heads when the groom’s kiss was turned down at a wedding that was supposed to be joyous.

The woman was not ready to share a passionate kiss with the man and end up in the hospital with his sense of smell irrevocably damaged, no matter how hard he tried.
