19-year-old Brazilian emerges as the world’s youngest billionaire

According to the most recent rating by business magazine Forbes, a 19-year-old Brazilian lady is the youngest billionaire in the world.

With a net worth of $1.1 billion, Livia Voigt surpassed only two-month-old Clemente Del Vecchio, an Italian teenager, to win this distinction.

With a 3.1 percent interest, Livia is the largest individual shareholder of WEG and has received millions in dividend income. The biggest producer of industrial machinery and electrical motors worldwide is WEG.

Werner Ricardo Voigt, Livia’s grandpa, and Geraldo Werninghaus, two millionaires, co-founded the corporation that supplies to more than 135 countries.

“It [WEG] provides global solutions for electric motors, variable frequency drives, soft starters, controls, panels, transformers, and generators,” the business website states.

According to Forbes, the 19-year-old Livia, who is still enrolled at a Brazilian university, is not now employed by the firm or its board of directors.

On the Forbes Billionaires List, her older sister Dora Voigt de Assis was listed as one of the world’s 25 youngest billionaires.

According to Forbes, 26-year-old Dora Voigt has a 3.1 percent share in WEG and has a net worth of $1.1 billion. In addition to not having a seat on the board or in operations at WEG, she holds a degree in architecture.

There were some Indians making waves in the world of business and politics on the most recent Forbes Billionaires List for Young People.

The founders of Zerodha, the largest online stock trading and brokerage in India, are among them. The firm was created in 2010 by Nithin and Nikhil Kamath, who went on to achieve tremendous success in India’s online stock trading industry.

The co-founders of Flipkart, Sachin and Binny Bansal, are also listed as Indians. The e-commerce business Flipkart has emerged as the preferred online buying destination in India.
