Accra Hearts of Oak newly signed defender, Dennis Nkrumah Korsah says his outfit is still in contention in defending their league trophy.

According to the former dwarfs Captain, the continental club masters are still in the race.

Hearts are currently 15 points behind arch rivals  Asante Kotoko SC but the left-back believes there is light at the end of the tunnel for his side.

“We’re still playing the league and we’re left with nine matches to go, so anything is possible, all we need to do is keep our focus and keep winning our matches to see out the season”- he told Max FM in Accra.

Korsah was the brightest spot in the set up of the former GPL side, scoring four goals in 28 appearances for the Crabs

The Phobians drew their last Premier League game at the the Accra Sports Stadium against bottom team Elmina Sharks FC.
