Fulan-Turkso sues Dance God
Renowned Ghanaian choreographer Laud Anoo Konadu, better known by his stage as Dancegod Lloyd, is facing legal action for reportedly receiving 30,000 Ghana cedis to promote a song by a newly discovered singer under the administration of Fulan-Turkso Entertainment, a music management business, and failing to fulfill his duties.
This came after he allegedly ran off with the money.
The complainant is requesting damages and a reimbursement of GH¢30,000.
A contract was made on September 23, 2023, between the firm and Dancegod for the promotion of a song by Chilly Way, an artist under Fulan-Turkso, on the social media sites of the dance crew, according to the lawsuit filed by Fulan-Turkso Enterprise in the Madina District Court.

“The defendants, to the best of the plaintiff’s mind, are dancers who promote music. Sometime on 23rd September 2023, the plaintiffs hired the services of the defendants to promote the music of an artist the plaintiff is managing on social media and traditional media. The plaintiff and the defendants signed a contract to that effect and consideration was given to the defendant. (Attached as Exhibit A is a copy of the contract),” portions of the summary of the plaintiff’s case read.
Due to the defendant’s repeated failure to uphold their half of the bargain, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit. The plaintiff claimed that the defendant had broken the agreement, which necessitated an extension to the originally scheduled date.
Fulan-Turkso’s claims include an injunction against Dancegod Lloyd and his team to return the GH₵30,000, as well as an award of general and special damages and costs, including legal fees, against the defendants.
