The Phobians started to grow into the game once again but could not just find the back of the net, and later on coach Samuel Boadu brought on leading scorer Kofi Kordzi for Barnieh. The powerful forward did not get enough time to make an impact as the two team shared the spoils in Accra. Hearts of Oak midfielder Sulley Muntari’s iPhone was taken while he was taking selfies with some fans after the stalemate with Kotoko, according to the PRO, Kwame Opare Addo. Muntari made his first start for the Phobians after joining the club, and he played for an hour as the Phobians were held to a goalless draw by Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Sulley Muntari was surrounded by supporters after the match, who didn’t hesitate to take photos with them, but his phone was taken in the process. “Yes, I heard of the incident. Sulley was doing a photo session with some of the fans and unfortunately, someone picked his phone from his pocket,” Opare Addo confirmed, as quoted by Citinewsroom.

In the 36th minute, red-hot Kotoko attacker Frank Etouga came near for the Porcupine Warriors, but his effort was not enough to concern Richard Attah. Asante Kotoko returned from the break the more adventurous with Etouga and Richard Lamptey getting great opportunities and keeping Hearts goalie Richard Attah busy. Sulley Muntari, who was impressive in the first half had to be replaced in the early minutes of the second half by Fredrick Ansah Botwe.
