Moesha is a Ghanaian actress and television personality who was born on March 10, 1990, to Rtd. Major Budoung and Tina Budoung.

She attended the Nhyiaeso Basic School in Kumasi, continued at Accra Girls’ Senior High School, and then received a certificate in theatre, music, and dance from the University of Ghana.

Despite being an actor, her career began thanks to social media and online issues since she enjoys showing off her physique on Instagram. Moesha has appeared in a variety of films, including “Pool Party,” “Bloodline,” and “Amakye and Dede” among others. Additionally, Moesha served as the host of the Viasat 1 show HP T.v.

Following her interview with CNN’s Christine Amanpour, Moesha Budoung saw a rise in popularity on social media. Many Ghanaians, including celebrities like Lydia Forson, John Dumelo, and Efia Odo to name a few, condemned her and expressed their outrage.

Moesha stated in her interview with Christine Amanpour that because of Ghana’s difficult economic situation, women are unable to support themselves and must engage in sexual activity with males to make ends meet.

She said that her landlord had requested her to pay two years’ worth of rent in advance, but she couldn’t because she had just recently started working. As a result, she turned to these methods to support herself.

For her 28th birthday, she visited Tamale, the hometown of her charity, the Moesha Foundation, and gave bags, books, and other educational supplies to the Billow Basic School.
