All Charges Against NDC Vice Chairman, Alhaji Said Sinare Dropped

Alhaji Said Sinare, the National Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has been freed from all allegations levelled against him by the state.

This occurrence took place at the Kaneshie District Court where he was arraigned before the court over an allegation of sharing weapons to some known individuals to cause mayhem during the upcoming election.

Abraham Amaliba, a lawyer for the vice chairman said the case was a weak one and had no basis. No wonder his client was acquitted.

He added that the gaps in the charges were so evident that is why the case was dropped.

He indicated that the NDC Vice Chairman, Said Sinare is a free man and all liberties has been restored to him.

The NDC Vice-Chairman was received by party faithfuls who had gathered at Kaneshie District Court in solidarity and support for the vice chairman.

The NDC VIce chairman has written to the NDC National Chairman, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, to sanction Tahiru Ahmed, the man who accused him of handing out guns to the said youth.

Mr Ahmed has been expelled from the party with immediate effect for what the NDC says is a breach of Article 46 (8) of its constitution.
