In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD struggles to remove a large dilated pore of Winer stuck to a patient. Once extracted, the compacted contents looks like a spitball youd find on a middle school ceiling. Ah, the memories.

In the clip, Dr. Lee wrestles with the pesky dilated pore of Winer, pulling out small bits of the growth while trying to loosen it from internal structures. The famed dermatologist is eventually able to pluck out the sizable contents in one piece. But only after a worthy fight aided by a pair of surgical tweezers. The removed contents will probably remind you of a gross wad of chewed-up paper given its hue, texture and size.
