United Television (UTV)gave Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo the most money he has ever received as an entertainment analyst, according to him.
Arnold, who is a regular panelist on the renowned United Showbiz show ON UTV, noted that despite having practiced this profession for a number of years, it was only recently that it began to catch up.
“First and foremost, this whole entertainment journalist thing began as a hobby for us. However, it is steadily improving. UTV paid me the most money, and I’m not going to lie about it. In an interview with Delay, he noted, “Despite the minimal recognition for those of us in this industry, some of us are pulling our weights.”
Arnold has contributed to discussions and shaped narratives as a pundit on several radio and television entertainment talk shows, including Peace FM’s Entertainment Review and GhanaWeb TV’s Bloggers’ Forum.
He has had a number of run-ins with celebrities and supporters of celebrities who have been offended by his comments on various topics.
“I’m not going to let Shatta Wale put any kind of pressure on me. I’m not having a bad time in life. I don’t live in a rented place. I live in my own apartment. For someone like me, who has worked in civil aviation for over 10 years and who does entertainment, just use your discretion and see what happens. “I’m fine.”
