In the photo from 1983, OHearn is just 14 years oldand there’s no doubt the iconic bodybuilder had a radically different appearance than the other kids on the playground. While you would never guess OHearns young age in the 1983 photo, you definitely wouldnt guess he was 51 in the 2020 photo.

In the caption of the photo comparison, OHearn addresses the importance of consistency in fitness. The 51-year-old Titan writes he has spent 42 years training and 37 years on stage crushing it worldwide as a pro bodybuilder.

But OHearn goes on to write that the most important part of fitness in his life has never been ripped physique. Rather, it is the impact working out has had on his mental health, especially during the hard times of life.

It mattered more to train when I was sad, depressed, [had] no money, or [when] life just felt like knocked me down, he writes. Its more important to train at that point than any other time. I was nine years old when I understood this.

Yes, OHearn began training when he was just nine years old. And looking at his shredded body at 51, that adolescent dedication to bulking up is no surprise at all.
