SAD NEWS: Popular Radio Station Owner Is Dead (Photos)

The proprietor of popular Kumasi-based radio station Zuria 88.7 FM, Alhaji Abubakar Haruna, has been reported deceased.

His death has left many people, particularly the Zongo community, in mourning; however, the cause of his death is still unknown.

Alhaji Abubakar Haruna was born in the Ashanti Region of Kumasi in Sabon Zango.
He graduated as a Pharmacist from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and later traveled to the United Kingdom in the 1970s.
In Kumasi, he was the CEO of the Mogonowriah Group of Companies.

We pray that Allah grant Alhaji Forgiveness and accept him as one of the pious people to enter the highest state in Paradise.
