BAWUGENIUS STRENGTHENS THE ROOTS OF NPP ASHANTI AS HE TOURS KUMERICA.

I had the singular honor to join the train as the Hon veep visited and toured kumerica. As the deputy branch youth organizer for NPP China, it was all love and joy to witness the commissioning of countless projects in Ashanti.

Typical of ethnic diversities, one would have thought the strength of the current Vice President of the Republic of Ghana; HE Dr Mahamoud Bawumia would have been from the north since he hails from there, but the rousing welcome and love meted him during his Ashanti regional tour tells a tale of love and acceptance by the region.

For the first time in the history of Ghana politics, we have witnessed the Obaa panyin of Manhyia (Nana Ama Konadu) laying hands on the humble veep in prayers for strength and wisdom to rule the nation as the first point of call in the region was to manhyia.

Of all the places visited, Suame stood tall as nananom and indigenes met the veep amidst the rains in thier teaming numbers. Hon Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu was unveiled as the parties representation to parliament with years of experience up his sleeve and his inclusion in parliament would be key to the success of the 2nd term of President Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo.

On seeing the chants and love from KUMACA “Nana mba” (the school that kicked my beloved MFANTSIPIM out of the Brilliant science and maths quiz this year) – free shs beneficiaries; It is only evident to say that, Ashanti has accepted the economic genius in many ways.

The roots of the NPP has always been in the Ashanti and for a humble economic genius with ethnic traces to the north to strengthen it, one can only be confident of the victory ahead in the 2020 general elections.

Thank you for the visit doc.

Marsha Allah.
