Pep to engage in contract talk with City
Manchester City Coach Pep Guardiola looks set to follow Liverpool’s Manager Jurgen Klopp in extending his stay in the Premier League with talks underway regarding a new contract.
The defending EPL Champions are confident that pep will extend his deal at the Etihad Stadium which is due to expire next summer.
The Manchester Club are looking forward to tire down the Former Barcelona Gaffer until 2025 season.
Guardiola said that this (Klopp’s New Deal) development would not play a part in his own future.
He said: “I could not visualise being at a better place in my life.
“[But] honestly, I’m so concerned and busy with the last few weeks of the season.

“I have the feeling that one year is a long time. I’m enjoying this part of the season. We have an incredible relationship with the directors. You know my opinion, I’m not going to say anything different because Jurgen signed.
“I’ve always had rivals and it’s really good for the Premier League that he signed the contract. Everyone has their own situation and if we decide to stay longer it’s because we all decide together, not because of my colleague staying. I don’t see the link.”
Jurgen Klopp extended his Liverpool Deal until 2026, the club has confirmed on Thursday.
