Nana Akufo-Addo Received The Article 146 Petition For The Removal Of Jean Mensa Two Weeks Ago

Today marks TWO (2) WEEKS since Akufo Addo received the Article 146 Petition for the Removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa.

The Petitioners are writing to request an UPDATE from the Office of the President and the Chief Justice if he has recieved the Article 146 PETITION from the CONVEYOR BELT.

The Police is also being officially notified of planned PICKETING at the JUBILEE HOUSE from next week 12th February, 2021 and every Friday until the Constitutional breach is stopped and the Article 146 PETITION is promptly acted upon as required by the Constitution.

It will be recalled that a similar Article 146 Petition for the Removal of then EC Chairperson Charlotte Osei recieved by Nana Akufo Addo was promptly transmitted to then Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo for necessary action.

The role of the President in Article 146 Petitions was described by lawyers as a CONVEYOR BELT who SHALL ONLY TRANSMIT THE ARTICLE 146 PETITION TO THE CHIEF JUSTICE FOR ACTION IMMEDIATELY HE RECEIVES THE PETITION.

So NANA AKUFO- ADDO must inform Ghanaians the status of the Petition for the Removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa.
