The Member of Parliament for Assin North Constituency, Honourable Abena Durowaa Mensah has cut sod for the construction of community center at Assin Dansame.
According to her, the community center construction comes after numerous calls from the chiefs and people of the community over the years.
In an interview with the media, the member of parliament said, “we are cutting sod for the commencement of a modern community center construction for the people of Assin Dansame as their share of MP’s common fund. The project will be completed in some few months and the people will soon have access to use it for their programs.
Hon. Abena Durowaa Mensah called on the residents in the community to cooperate with the contractors for a smooth take-off.
She challenged the contractors to work within the given time frame to allow the people of the community enjoy it benefits.
Shealso commended President Nana Akuffo Addo and the DCE, Hon. Charles Ohene Annor for the support.
