His Excellency, John Dramani Mahama, a former president of Ghana, has become a grandfather for the first time when his son and daughter-in-law had their first child.

Algerian Asma, Shafik Mahama’s wife, gave birth to their first kid two and a half years after they were married.

On Thursday, December 8, 2022, the former president’s sister-in-law announced the wonderful news on her Instagram page.

She had a portion of the newborn baby’s face visible in the first picture. She praised God in her post for bestowing such a blessing upon her.
