Renowned Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie in a recent interview with Financial Times  argued that he cared less about political parties in the country but all he does care about is the country and also putting Ghanaians first at all times.

“I don’t care about political parties,I care about my council and about putting people first. That’s why I get tied up with politics.

Honestly and truthfully I want everybody to be okay. I want our hospitals to work, our roads to work, I went our systems to work. I get worried and vent about it” he fumed.

The BET award winner further assured the nation that’s he wishes to give back to the industry that made him who he is now.

“I want to give back to the entertainment industry that made me Sarkodie. I want to change a lot of things for the generation to come. I want them to have a smooth sailing. That’s my top box to tick .

The coachella hitmaker is currently working on an album titled No Pressure . which he plans to release the entire album on July 30.
