Andrea Owusu, a Ghanaian actress, model, and social media sensation known as Efia Odo, has lashed out at the country’s government, claiming that they impose taxes on citizens in order for them to build their own families and properties.

There has been a serious hardship in the country that Ghanaians have been lamenting for a long time, with inflation continuing to hit the market items, which government is also saying it is doing its best to solve the nation’s problems, while we see them sending their wards outside for better education with no intention of bettering the education of the country.

Those in government who are supposed to serve the people of the country are instead being served by the people, as they live lavishly, erecting massive structures for themselves, purchasing large cars, and sending themselves and their families abroad for treatment when their health fails them, with no intention of fixing the health sector in their own country to support the people, while the same people are taxed to fund the governance with the current tax being the popular E-Levy, which is a levy imposed on any transanction done electronically, such as the Mobile Money transaction.

Looking at the situation at hand, Ghanaian actress, who is also known as one of the celebrities who take the risk of speaking out against any wrongdoing on the part of the government in power, shared the following words on her social media timeline:
