Ghana Police allegedly ignores an emergency call from a lady in a critical situation

As far as security is concern in the country, Ghana Police Service and its dynamic IGP, Dampare, have been doing an excellent job of combating issues such as robbery, kidnapping, and so on.

However, while the Inspector General of Police and his good men are doing their best to ensure that everything is in order in terms of national security, others in the police department are playing with their jobs, thereby playing with people’s lives.

A lady reports an incident that is causing fear and panic to them in their area, a lady who stays in Ayigya Tech in Kumasi just notified the ZackGh Dotcom team about the Ghana Police Service’s communication department’s failure to respond and act.

As she reports, the lady has been hearing gun shots in their neighborhood, which is giving them sleepless nights, so she decided to take action by bringing in the police to intervene and resolve the situation. When she called 1999, however, the call did not go through because she had no credit, so she decided to buy credit, which she did just to be able to call the police, but when she did, as usual, they said they would call her back and that was the end of it.
