The 23rd edition of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) have announced their first round of winners.
This year’s event was extraordinary in every way, from the organizing to the Mcs and everything in between.

On Friday, May 6, 2022, the event was place at the Grand Arena (Conference Center).
Nigerian afrobeat and Grammy award-winning artist, Wizkid who has won numerous awards, has been named African Artiste Of The Year.
Fameye also set a new record by winning songwriter of the year, punching out Kofi Kinaata, the previous winner, Stonebwoy also won Award for good Music, and others.
