AFCON Qualifies: Asante Kotoko Fullback Replaces injured Gideon Mensah

Kumasi Asante Kotoko left Fullback Imoro Ibrahim has earn a late invite to replace Injured Gideon Mensah at black Stars camp.

The 21 year old was recently among the number of local player who were dropped by the head Coach CK Akonnor just to pave way for the foreign based players.

Moro ibrahim has been on top form for the porcupine warriors this season in the Ghana premier league, scoring three goals.

Ghana will take on the Bafana Bafana of South Africa at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg on Thursday, March 25, 2020.

The Black Stars are currently leading Group C with 9 points and will require just a win and a draw to grab ticket to the upcoming 2021 AFCON which will be staged in Cameroon.

The Former Karela Defender was signed by Asante Kotoko from Thunder FC after training with the team for two week, on a 4-year long term contract ahead of the 2019-20 season.
